Shipping Info
Due to an increase in orders, our dispatch time is currently extended from our usual 2 business days to approximately 4-5 business days. We are working hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Australia Post does not collect on weekends and public holidays so no orders leave on the weekends.
Standard Delivery:
-At this stage we use Australia Post to ship all orders.
-A delivery fee of AU$15 per order is charged unless you qualify for free shipping.
-Free shipping is granted to those orders over $50 in value after all discounts are applied and not including postage.
-Delivery can take up to 5 - 11 business days (weekends are not included). For delivery to more remote areas and to SA & WA please allow up to 5 extra business days for delivery (some areas can be even more that this).
-On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than expected please email info@sockunique.com.au. Our friendly sales team will take a look at your order details and try to locate your order.
-If you are not home and the order is taken to the local post office you typically have 10 days to collect the item before it is returned to us. A return fee of $15 will be charged on all orders that are returned to Sock Unique as this is the fee Australia Post charges us.
