When will I get the order?

Orders are sent out within 1-2 business days after you place your order, during business hours. No orders are packed and shipped on the weekend. We use Australia Post for all deliveries at this stage.

What are your shipping times?

At this stage we use Australian Post to ship all orders. Delivery can take up to 5 - 11 business days (weekends are not included). For delivery to more remote areas and to SA & WA please allow up to 5 extra business days for delivery (some areas can be even more that this)

What payment method do you accept?

Paypal, Credit card, Shopify Pay, and Bank Transfer

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

We will send you the Australian Post tracking numbers once your order are sent. If your order is not received please check the tracking information. You may need to search in your junk folder for these emails. If there is a significant delay with your delivery please contact us by email on info@sockunique.com.au or telephone 0423 616 972.

What if I have been sent the incorrect socks?

If you receive the wrong socks please contact us by telephone 0423 616 972 or email info@sockunique.com.au and we arrange a refund.

What if I have given the incorrect delivery address or want to change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 0423 616 972 or email info@sockunique.com.au. If the order has not been packed details can be updated fairly easily.

What’s your return policy?

If you are not happy with the cool socks we sent you please drop us an email or give us a call to let us know. We will ask you to return them to us within 30 days of receipt so don’t delay. Pop a note in with your return including your name and order number so that we are able to track your return and facilitate any refund quicker. Once we receive your return we will happily issue a full refund, excluding original postage costs which is AU$15. You will need to cover return postage costs for any returned socks.

Socks returned for change of mind need to be unworn, in their original unopened packaging and in the same condition that they were received.

What’s the care instruction?

For all the socks, especially wool socks, please follow the below care instruction:

Machine wash in cold water with like colours

Do NOT Tumble dry

Hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun

Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets

Do not iron

Do you have a size chart for your products?

Most of our products are one size, you can find the Euro size on that product page. For some of the medical socks, depends on the products, it will have its own size chart on the product page.
